Being a Forwardist does not mean allegiance to some single set of rules and beliefs as seems to be the case with Republicans or Democrats. Forwardists are independent. "Forwardist" can mean different things to different people. But there are consistent themes of diversity and inclusiveness, individual responsibility, civic engagement, respect for law and the Constitution, intellectual curiosity, innovation and an optimism about the future of the country and our democracy.
